Return Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Submissive Desires Swimwear. While we do not offer refunds, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. In order to do an exchange, please call us, and we will assign you a Return Authorization Number. This number should be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us. Please fill out the exchange form attached to your receipt, and indicate what items you are returning as well as what you would like in exchange. We do charge $6.00 for return shipping costs. If you choose to receive a store credit, you will receive an email with your credit value that can be redeemed online or by phone.
JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, AND ALL ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Submissive Desires Swimwear, Inc. guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 60 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. Submissive Desires suits are very delicate and experience normal “wear and tear” over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. Please contact Submissive Desires Swimwear for damages that occur after 60 days for more information. Items being returned for repair MUST BE CLEAN upon receipt. Soiled damages will be returned to owner as is.
